If you are in crisis or danger

Calebra ADHD is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency, are at risk of harming yourself or others, or require urgent medical attention, please call 911, visit your nearest emergency department, or contact a crisis line such as Crisis Services Canada: 1-833-456-4566.

1. Scope of Services

Calebra ADHD is a virtual telehealth platform serving Ontario residents. Our Nurse Practitioners are registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and follow CADDRA (Canadian ADHD Resource Alliance) clinical guidelines. This service is designed exclusively for non-emergency ADHD assessments in adults aged 18 and older who are physically present in Ontario at the time of their appointment.

2. Not a Substitute for Comprehensive Medical Care

The services provided by Calebra ADHD are focused on ADHD assessment and management. They are not intended to replace your relationship with your primary care provider (family doctor or general practitioner), nor do they constitute comprehensive primary medical care. We strongly encourage all clients to maintain an ongoing relationship with a family physician.

3. Website Content Is Not Medical Advice

All content published on the Calebra ADHD website — including blog articles, FAQs, quizzes, and informational text — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional clinical consultation.

The free ADHD quiz available on this site is a self-screening tool only. A positive result does not constitute a diagnosis of ADHD. Only a licensed healthcare provider can diagnose ADHD following a comprehensive clinical assessment.

4. No Guarantee of Diagnosis or Specific Treatment

Booking an assessment with Calebra ADHD does not guarantee any specific outcome. Diagnosis and clinical decisions are made exclusively at the clinical discretion of the assigned Nurse Practitioner based on the findings of the assessment, required laboratory testing, and applicable clinical guidelines. Contraindications, insufficient evidence, or clinical judgment may result in a provider declining to provide clinical care.

5. Regulatory Compliance
